EzMP3 not working? Where it went
The best-known EzMP3 address, ezmp3.cc, no longer exists: on October 21, 2026 the domain did not resolve, so it fails to load for everyone. Another EzMP3 domain, ezmp3.co, now forwards visitors to ezconv.cc, a converter called EzConv. Other ezmp3 domains we tried, ezmp3.org and ezmp3.to, showed only a "Redirecting..." page.
Published October 21, 2026. Facts are dated and sourced below; individual user reviews are quoted as individual accounts, not as verified findings.
A converter that kept changing address
EzMP3 was popular because it showed no ads, and its domains have pointed at each other for years. Wayback Machine captures show ezmp3.co forwarding to ezmp3.cc in May 2024, ezmp3.cc answering normally in 2024, then forwarding to ezmp3.to in July 2025 and to ezconv.com in November 2025.
A review by MedVioo (formerly Mediaio), a company that sells a competing converter, says older domains including ezmp3.cc, ezmp3.to, ezmp3.io and ezconv.com were suspended by their hosting providers, names ezconv.cc and ezmp3.co as the active versions, and notes that in May 2026 two of the domains briefly redirected to a site called EzRIP. When we checked on October 21, 2026, ezmp3.co went to ezconv.cc.
EzConv describes itself as a free converter funded by Ko-fi donations rather than ads, with no ads, pop-ups or fake download buttons, and a paid supporter tier for longer files and 4K. Its pages do not mention EzMP3, so public sources do not confirm it is the same operator, only that the old ezmp3.co address now points to it.
Lookalikes
Because the name was popular and the domains kept moving, many sites now use EzMP3 in their address. On October 21, 2026, ezmp3.org and ezmp3.to served nothing but a "Redirecting..." page whose script sends the browser elsewhere, the same pattern we saw on FLVTO's old domain. MedVioo's review also warns that APK files using the EzMP3 name often carry malware.
Quick checks
- If ezmp3.cc will not load, it is not your connection or browser: the domain no longer exists.
- If ezmp3.co takes you to ezconv.cc, that is the domain's current redirect, not something wrong with your browser.
- A page that only says "Redirecting..." or opens a new tab is not a converter. Close it.
- Do not install an EzMP3 APK or browser extension; EzMP3 was a website.
- Open the video on YouTube first. Private, age restricted, region restricted or removed videos fail on every converter.
An ad-free alternative: what AudioFetcher offers
AudioFetcher is the converter we build, so read this section as the developer's description rather than an independent review. The facts below are the ones a visitor can check on the site itself.
| Ads and pop-ups | None. The service is funded by Supporter Passes and donations, not ad networks. |
|---|---|
| Installation | None. It runs in the browser on desktop and mobile; a Firefox extension is optional. |
| Free limit | Single videos up to 60 minutes, MP3 up to 320 kbps, FLAC, or the original Opus and M4A streams. Up to 50 free MP4s a day, up to 1080p. |
| Paid option | Supporter Pass, $5 one-time for 30 days: audio up to 12 hours, full playlists, priority processing. No subscription. |
| Extras | Chapter embedding and splitting, SponsorBlock removal, ID3 tags and cover art, subtitles, LRCLIB lyrics, ordered playlist ZIPs. |
| Verification | One Cloudflare Turnstile check before a free conversion. No account for free use. |
| Files | Temporary. Downloads expire after a short window and are deleted; nothing is kept as a library. |
| Content policy | Convert only videos you own or have permission to download. |
Common questions
Is EzMP3 down?
ezmp3.cc is: the domain no longer resolves, and the live check above tests it every 10 minutes. ezmp3.co answers but forwards to ezconv.cc.
Is EzConv the new EzMP3?
ezmp3.co, one of the EzMP3 domains, now forwards there, and reviewers treat EzConv as the continuation. EzConv's own pages do not mention EzMP3, so we cannot confirm who runs it.
Is EzMP3 safe?
The original site was known for having no ads, and EzConv says the same about itself. The risk is the lookalike domains and APKs that reuse the name: their owners are unknown, and the ones we checked only redirect.
What does AudioFetcher do differently?
Both are ad-free. AudioFetcher's free tier covers single videos up to 60 minutes as MP3 up to 320 kbps, FLAC, or the original Opus and M4A streams without re-encoding, plus chapters, SponsorBlock removal, tags, cover art and lyrics. A $5 Supporter Pass adds 12-hour audio and full playlists.
