Twitch to MP3: clips and VODs
To turn a Twitch clip or past broadcast into MP3, copy its link, paste it into the box on the AudioFetcher homepage and press Fetch MP3. How to convert a Twitch clip or VOD to MP3
AudioFetcher fetches the clip or video on its server and encodes its audio once to MP3. It works with one link at a time.

For a clip, use Share > Copy link (clips.twitch.tv/… or twitch.tv/channel/clip/…). For a past broadcast, open the channel's Videos tab, open the video and copy its twitch.tv/videos/… address.

The same box you use for YouTube. Choose MP3.
- 3Pick a bitrate
Under More formats & options, choose 320, 256, 192 or 128 kbps. 128 or 192 kbps is plenty for talk and keeps long streams small.

Press Fetch MP3, then Download. A long VOD takes longer to prepare, so keep the tab open. Files are deleted from the server automatically.

Long streams: free and Supporter limits

- Supporter Pass: videos up to 12 hours, no daily limit. $2 for a 24-hour Day Pass, $5 for 30 days or $12 for 90 days, one-time.

Is Twitch to MP3 free?
Yes. Each browser can convert 10 Twitch clips or videos a day for free, each up to 60 minutes, without an account. The count resets at 00:00 UTC.
Can I convert a whole Twitch VOD to MP3?
Yes. Past broadcasts up to 60 minutes are free. Longer ones, up to 12 hours, need a Supporter Pass; a $2 Day Pass is enough for one long stream.
Can I convert a live stream?
No. Live streams can't be converted. Wait until the stream ends and becomes a past broadcast, then paste its twitch.tv/videos/… link.
How do I find the link of a past broadcast?
Open the channel, go to the Videos tab, open the broadcast and copy the address. It looks like twitch.tv/videos/ followed by a number.
Can I save a Twitch clip as video?

Which bitrate should I pick for a stream?
Streams are mostly talk and game audio, so 128 or 192 kbps sounds the same as 320 kbps in a much smaller file. A 3-hour VOD is about 170 MB at 128 kbps.
Why did my Twitch link fail?
A channel link (twitch.tv/name) is a live stream, not a video. Deleted clips and removed broadcasts can't be converted either.
Is it safe to use?

It depends on the stream and where you live. Streams often include music and other people's content, so only convert your own streams or ones you have permission to download.
