How to download a Twitch clip
AudioFetcher fetches the clip on its server and saves it as one MP4 file. It works with one clip at a time, in any browser.
- 1Copy the clip link
Under the clip, use Share > Copy link, or copy the address bar. clips.twitch.tv/… and twitch.tv/channel/clip/… links both work.
- 2Paste it and choose MP4
Paste the link into the box on the AudioFetcher homepage and pick MP4. The button on this page opens the converter with MP4 already selected.
- 3Fetch and download
Press Fetch MP4, then Download. Files are deleted from the server automatically, so save yours once it is ready.
- 4On iPhone, save it to Photos
Safari saves the clip to Files > Downloads. Open it there, tap Share and choose Save Video to add it to your Photos.
Free: 10 Twitch links a day per browser, with no account. Free conversions start with a quick Cloudflare security check. A Supporter Pass removes the daily limit: a $2 Day Pass for 24 hours, $5 for 30 days or $12 for 90 days, each a one-time payment with no subscription. Use only clips you made or have permission to download.
Clip links that work
clips.twitch.tv/ClipName, the link Share > Copy link gives you.twitch.tv/channel/clip/ClipName, the address of a clip opened on the channel page.- Not supported: channel pages and live streams, and lists of clips. Paste one clip at a time.

- Windows and Mac: the MP4 lands in Downloads and opens in any player or editor.
Clips or past broadcasts?
Clips are short, so they convert to MP4 video. Past broadcasts (VODs) are usually hours long and convert to MP3: free up to 60 minutes, and up to 12 hours with a Supporter Pass. For streams as audio, see Twitch to MP3.
