KlickAud not working? Where it is and what to check
KlickAud is online at klickaud.org. When we checked on October 26, 2026, the older address klickaud.co forwarded every visit to klickaud.org, where the SoundCloud to MP3 converter answered normally and offered MP3 at 128 or 320 kbps. If an old bookmark fails, use klickaud.org; if a single track fails, the track itself is the usual cause.

What klickaud.org showed on October 26, 2026
The page called itself KlickAud v5.0 and carried a banner saying song download issues had been fixed. An update note dated 10.07.2024 says version 5.0 handles all SoundCloud links except podcast URLs, whose episodes have to be pasted one by one, and that episodes longer than 3 hours now work. The site asks for donations and loads Google advertising code.
A 320 kbps option cannot add detail: SoundCloud streams most tracks at about 128 to 160 kbps, so 320 kbps only keeps that audio as close to the stream as possible.
Quick checks
- Use klickaud.org. klickaud.co forwards there, and other spellings may not be the same site.
- For a podcast, paste the link of one episode, not the podcast page; KlickAud's own note says podcast URLs are not supported.
- Open the track on SoundCloud first. Private, removed and region-blocked tracks fail on every downloader.
- Paste the link of one track (soundcloud.com/artist/track or an on.soundcloud.com short link), not an artist page.
- Some tracks play only as a 30-second preview without SoundCloud Go+, and a downloader usually gets only that preview.
- Try a second, public track. If that one works, the problem is the first track, not the site.
An ad-free alternative: what AudioFetcher offers
AudioFetcher is the converter we build, so read this section as the developer's description rather than an independent review. The facts below are the ones a visitor can check on the site itself.
| Ads and pop-ups | None. The service is funded by Supporter Passes and donations, not ad networks. |
|---|---|
| Format | MP3 at 128, 192, 256 or 320 kbps (320 by default), with the track artwork embedded as cover art if you want it. |
| Free limit | 10 SoundCloud tracks a day per browser, each up to 60 minutes, with no account. One Cloudflare Turnstile check before a free conversion. |
| Paid option | A Supporter Pass removes the daily limit: $2 for 24 hours, $5 for 30 days or $12 for 90 days, each a one-time payment with no subscription. |
| Quality | SoundCloud streams most tracks at about 128 to 160 kbps. A 320 kbps MP3 keeps that audio as closely as possible but cannot add detail. |
| Not supported | Sets, playlists, albums and artist pages: one track at a time. Private tracks fail with a message. |
| Files | Temporary. Downloads are deleted from the server automatically. |
| Content policy | Download only tracks you own or have permission to download. |
