Copyright and Abuse Reports
AudioFetcher converts media links that users submit. It does not host a library of music or videos, does not offer search or a catalogue of copyrighted content, and deletes converted files automatically. If you believe AudioFetcher is being used to infringe your rights, or you want to report abuse, email help@audiofetcher.com.

How AudioFetcher handles content
A user pastes a link and chooses a format. AudioFetcher's server fetches that single item, converts it, and offers the result as a temporary download. Unclaimed output is removed within ten minutes, and a started download stays available for up to five minutes so an interrupted transfer can resume. Playlist packs remain available for up to fifteen minutes once ready. Details are in the privacy policy.
AudioFetcher asks users to convert only media they created, own, have licensed, or have permission to download, and says so beside the converter. We do not promote or link to specific copyrighted songs, albums, films or artists.
Send a copyright notice
Email help@audiofetcher.com with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- The specific source URLs involved (for example the YouTube video links) and any AudioFetcher page URL that refers to the material.
- Your name, the organisation you represent if any, a postal address, email address and phone number.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
These are the elements a notice under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3) requires, and they let us act on a report without back-and-forth.
What happens after you report
We review every notice we receive and reply by email. When a notice is complete and valid we take proportionate action, which can include removing or editing any AudioFetcher page that refers to the material. Because converted files are deleted automatically, there is normally no stored copy to remove.
If you received a notice about content you believe you have the right to use, reply with the details and we will review it.
Report abuse or impersonation
Use the same address to report other problems, including:
- Websites, apps or browser extensions pretending to be AudioFetcher. The only official website is audiofetcher.com.
- Phishing, malware or payment scams that use the AudioFetcher name.
- Automated abuse of the converter, such as scraping or attempts to bypass rate limits.
- Security vulnerabilities. Please describe the issue privately and give us time to fix it before publishing.
