Hosted billing terms
A clear route.
Clear terms.
Effective September 4, 2026
These terms apply to the optional Alias Hosted email-delivery subscription operated by AudioFetcher. Direct Resend and Cloudflare connections are not billed by Alias and remain subject to those providers’ own plans and terms.
Plain-language summary
- A Hosted request and domain review are free.
- When subscriptions open, an approved and DKIM-verified Hosted account will cost US$9.99 total per month. Alias will not add tax at Checkout; this price is inclusive of any tax we are required to collect.
- The subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
- The beta includes up to 10 Hosted sends per day and 100 per month. Unused sends do not roll over.
- Stripe processes payment. AudioFetcher does not receive your full card number or CVC.
01
Price and renewal
Hosted subscriptions are currently closed and Alias is not accepting Hosted payments. When subscriptions open, Alias Hosted will cost exactly US$9.99 total per month, charged in advance through Stripe, and will renew automatically each month until canceled. Alias will not add tax at Checkout; the advertised price is inclusive of any tax we are required to collect. Your card issuer may separately charge currency-conversion or other account fees that Alias and Stripe do not control. Stripe will show the exact US$9.99 subscription amount before you subscribe.
When Checkout becomes available, completing it will authorize recurring monthly charges and confirm agreement to these terms and the Alias Privacy Policy.
02
Review and activation
Submitting a Hosted request does not create a paid subscription. AudioFetcher first reviews the domain, sender, intended use, and expected volume. If approved, you must prove control of the domain by publishing the three DKIM CNAME records shown in Alias.
Hosted subscriptions are temporarily closed while production delivery access is under review. When subscriptions open, Checkout becomes available only after domain verification succeeds. Hosted sending and the login invitation remain disabled until Stripe confirms the exact subscription is active. Approval is discretionary and may be refused for unsafe, misleading, abusive, or unsupported use.
03
Beta usage limits
The current plan allows up to 10 Hosted sends per UTC day and 100 per calendar month, with a minimum interval between sends. A message sent to one recipient consumes one send. Unused capacity does not roll over and has no cash value.
Alias may temporarily reduce or stop sending to protect users, provider reputation, or system security, including when bounce, complaint, fraud, or abuse thresholds are reached. Direct Resend and Cloudflare usage is measured and billed by those providers instead.
04
Cancellation and failed payment
You can manage or cancel Hosted from the secure Stripe customer portal linked in Hosted setup, or email help@audiofetcher.com. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe states otherwise.
If a payment becomes past due, the subscription is canceled, or Stripe reports any other inactive state, Alias blocks new Hosted sends. Removing the Chrome extension does not by itself cancel a subscription.
05
Refund policy
Your first Hosted charge is refundable when you contact support within seven days of that charge and have sent fewer than 10 Hosted messages. Renewal charges and partially used billing periods are otherwise non-refundable, except where required by law or where AudioFetcher confirms a duplicate or incorrect charge.
To request an eligible refund, email help@audiofetcher.com from the subscription contact address and include the Alias Request ID. Never send card details, API keys, passwords, or MFA codes.
06
Acceptable use
Use Hosted only for lawful transactional messages, customer support, account communication, and messages to people who reasonably expect to hear from you. You must maintain accurate sender information and any consent, unsubscribe, and recordkeeping required by law and provider policy.
Do not use Hosted for unsolicited bulk or cold email, purchased or scraped lists, phishing, impersonation, malware, harassment, deceptive content, or attempts to bypass provider restrictions. AudioFetcher may suspend or terminate access to protect recipients, sending reputation, the service, or other customers.
07
Service availability and changes
Email acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement or delivery. Gmail, Stripe, Amazon Web Services, DNS providers, recipient systems, and network services can delay, reject, or interrupt operation. Alias is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
AudioFetcher may change future pricing or plan limits with advance notice where required. A material change will not create a charge greater than the amount shown at Checkout without the notice or consent required by applicable law.
